The bedroom was spacious. Big windows overlooked the river. That was acceptable.

The bar service was not up to standard. The glasses were dirty. The food arrived cold. Noise outside the front of the hotel at night disturbed sleep.

The location is central. It made accessing shops and restaurants simple. I found the provision of a free car space convenient , especially given the central setting. The staff demonstrated friendliness, and they were not intrusive. This balanced approach contributed positively to my stay. The breakfast room staff member, tulay, was warm and very helpful.

i noticed the gym equipment was a little dated.

The Nespresso machine in the suite did not work (it was very disappointing). There was no fridge in the room. The bath shower was broken, and I could not empty the bath after using it.
